Spaenaur operates out of a 115,000 sq. foot warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario and has positioned itself as a master distributor serving Distribution, MRO and Production markets.
We source, purchase, package, market and sell a wide range of products to a variety of Customers. Spaenaur is recognized as one of the industry’s leading fastener resource guides.
We specialize in same day shipping and in providing "Fasteners Right Now" to the marketplace.

What Does the Role Do?
The Warehouse Customer Service Associate Role engages in a variety of different activities daily that are critical to the success of the business and its commitment to customers.
These core activities include: - packaging products, - retrieving/putting away products, - picking orders.
Additional activities may include shipping orders, serving customers at our retail counter or by email, receiving and inspecting products, as well as building product assortments.
Spaenaur’s ‘Bootcamp’ onboarding program will guide you through completing these activities.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
Provide assistance with product and rating reviews.
Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.
Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
Contribute to company operations, such as costing, inventory control, planning, and budgeting.
Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of products.
