Shipping Policy
Our company slogan is "Fasteners Right Now". We strive to process orders placed before noon, on the same day and ship them at a variety of service levels. Order Processing
- Once you confirm placing an order, our customer service agent will give you an estimate of the shipping costs* by taking the total weight of the shipment and the postal code.
- After you agree to the transaction, the inventory is put on hold in the system.
- We process your order and weigh it to determine the final shipping price and the send you an invoice of the final total.
- Once the payment is through, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. And the order gets shipped to you according to the shipping service preference.
- Kindly review the shipping address you've provided to ensure its accuracy. We strive for seamless delivery of your order and want to ensure it reaches you smoothly. Should any address error impede delivery, we'll reimburse your original order cost (excluding shipping fees), allowing you to conveniently place your order again.
*The shipping cost is only an estimate and an extra $20 hold is put on the credit card to account for a potentially higher shipping cost. Once you give us a confirmation to place an order the boxes are weighed to determine the final shipping costs for the order.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within the tri-city area (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph) for a flat rate of $5. Orders confirmed before Noon ET will be processed and shipped on the same day.

We ship to most destinations in Ontario and Quebec within 24-48 hours*.

Shipping within Canada
We ship to All of Canada via variety of shipping services.
Once processed, orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Express orders confirmed before Noon ET typically arrive by the next business day.

International Shipping
We process and ship orders Internationally. We typically ship orders within 1-7 business days depending on the shipping service you select while placing the order. The cost of shipping will be based on the total order weight and the delivery location (Zip code) of the order. Please refer to the shipping policies for different continents below:

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Spaenaur is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
