Who We Are & What Do We Do?
Spaenaur is recognized throughout North America as a leading distributor for industrial fasteners, hardware components and tools. Spaenaur operates out of a 115,000 sq. foot warehouse in Kitchener, Ontario and has positioned itself as a master distributor serving Distribution, MRO and Production markets. We source, purchase, package, market and sell a wide range of products to a variety of Customers. Spaenaur is recognized as one of the industry’s leading fastener resource guides. We specialize in same day shipping and in providing "Fasteners Right Now" to the marketplace.

From the start, you will be supported through a structured onboarding experience designed to build confidence and capability. Our onboarding includes a dedicated “Boot Camp” period, providing focused time to observe, practice, and learn core activities in a hands-on environment. This approach allows you to gradually build skills, understand expectations, and apply learning in real work situations, setting a strong foundation for your ongoing development.


What Does the Role Do?
The Warehouse Customer Service Associate Role engages in a variety of different activities daily that are critical to the success of the business and its commitment to customers. These core activities include:
- packaging products,
- retrieving/putting away products,
- picking orders.

Additional activities may include shipping orders, serving customers at our retail counter or by email, receiving and inspecting products, as well as building product assortments. Spaenaur’s ‘Bootcamp’ onboarding program will guide you through completing these activities.

We are looking for people who are curious and eager to learn about how a mid-sized industrial distributor successfully operates. We are looking for people who are open to growing within the company. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and who can seamlessly transition between activities as the needs of the business shift throughout the day.
