There is no minimum order value for pickup orders. For orders shipped within Canada, the minimum order value is $5. For orders shipping to the United States, the minimum order value is $100USD. For orders shipping internationally, there is a $300USD minimum order value.

If you are shipping locally, in-store pick up is always free, or free shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more. Please see our local delivery area. If you are shipping domestically within Canada, we do offer free shipping (via Spaenaur’s carrier of choice) on orders over $1000 (before tax). Delivery charges depend on a number of things like: the weight of the item(s) and the destination, when you expect to receive it, etc. However, you are able to use your own courier account or ours If you are shipping to the US or Internationally, you will need to provide us with your courier account and you will be responsible for shipping plus any duty or customs fees.

Absolutely. We support shipping with a number of couriers on a customer’s account: FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Dicom, Loomis, DHL, Cardinal, Midland, Canada Parcel Post, and Sameday. Just specify the courier, service type and account number on your PO. (You can also ship with ours.)
